This place was just an excellent fit for a short-term stay in Inverness with fantastic value. On our first night, dinner was lovely, exceeding our expectations.

The room decor was charming, but the bathroom cleanliness was lacking.

Proximity to city center, clean good sized room, accommodating to special requests

Noise disturbances made sleep impossible!!! Maintenance issues like blocked sinks and old furniture were quite off-putting. Poor heating control left for an uncomfortable experience!!! The kitchen's inconvenient hours made dining an obstacle!!!

The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring our specific dietary needs were met with delicious vegan options. The cozy atmosphere of the lounge, paired with charming decor, made our stay very enjoyable.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is close to various attractions, including the Eden Court Theatre and a quick stroll to the railway station. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Don’t miss out on breakfast. it was filling and well-prepared.

We did face some noise issues in our room, especially early in the morning as the kitchen fans kicked in, which disrupted our sleep.

Consider requesting a gluten-free menu in advance. the staff are accommodating and ensure you enjoy your meal without worry.

Our stay was nothing short of delightful! The staff greeted us with warm smiles, making our anniversary truly special. The spa bath in our room provided relaxation after a long day exploring Inverness. Don't miss the charming onsite dining. the ambiance and dishes were exceptional!

We had a fantastic stay as a family in the Deluxe Family Room. The room was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating all of us. The kids loved their little nook, and there was plenty of room to play. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of options that the whole family appreciated.
