Proximity to city center, clean good sized room, accommodating to special requests
Noise disturbances made sleep impossible!!! Maintenance issues like blocked sinks and old furniture were quite off-putting. Poor heating control left for an uncomfortable experience!!! The kitchen's inconvenient hours made dining an obstacle!!!

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the lovely park nearby where the kids could play. The staff were friendly, and the spacious family room made us all feel comfortable. Plus, being just a short walk from the train station was super convenient.
My children wanted more family-friendly entertainment options, perhaps an indoor play area for rainy days.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is close to various attractions, including the Eden Court Theatre and a quick stroll to the railway station. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Don’t miss out on breakfast. it was filling and well-prepared.
We did face some noise issues in our room, especially early in the morning as the kitchen fans kicked in, which disrupted our sleep.
